Notes: You can get summoned inside Living Failures boss arena while they are still alive. When you do, there is one Failure which is cultivating the flower and is non hostile, you can kill it and boss will lose some of its HP. If you get summoned as an adversary (red & purple) you get sent away when host enters the arena. 004 | Living Failures Surviving Boss Fight | Image 01 | Image 02 | Image 03 | Image 04
Notes: There is a rare glitch where when the Living Failures are defeated. 1 may still survive. Current theory is that it can occur if you kill Failure, and boss HP dropped to 0 just as it begins respawning. Failure can enter the Lady Maria boss arena but can't go through the Clock into the Fishing Hamlet. [Luring Living Failure to Fishing Hamlet after Lady Maria Battle]

008 | Vicar Amelia | Human Model | Image 01
Notes: There used to be a glitch that would, during multiplayer, sometimes set your "last used lantern" to the lantern the host used at the end of the boss fight. As a result, if you quickly killed yourself after the bossfight using the Chikage, you'd respawn in the boss room and the boss would be nonhostile. [video by Zullie the Witch]

Notes: Yamamura can be repositioned with the use of Beast Roar, he can't be pushed further into the hallway (invisible wall), if you try to take him into the Underground Corpse Pile he will disappear at the end of the staircase and reappear inside his cell on his initial position.
010 | Yharnam | Beast Roar Interaction | Image 01 | Image 02 | Image 03 | Image 04 | Image 05
