Iosefka's Blood Vial ❘ ヨセフカの輸血液	Consumable

In-Game Description Blood vial acquired from Iosefka's clinic. This refined blood, highly invigorating, restores a larger amount of HP. The product of a slow and careful refinement process, this rare blood vial appears to be a clinic original. Note 1: Different in-game description (right) in US (1) & UK (2) versions (more). ✕ Note 2: Original Japanese text on Original Japanese Item Index page. ✓ Effects You can receive this item as a gift from the clinic doctor, Iosefka. Speak with her through the door early in the game to receive it. If you use it, you can speak to her again to get another one. After you proceed into the Evening by entering Oedon Chapel in Cathedral Ward, an imposter will take over the clinic and turn Iosefka into a Celestial Emissary. Killing the "Iosefka" Emissary will give you one vial. When used, Iosefka's Blood Vial restores 70% of your HP. You can only hold one at a time, and it can't be stored. This precious vial gives you one large, extra heal. Make careful use of it, as after Iosefka is gone you'll not see many more until New Game+! Effects on Cooperators Using Iosefka's Blood Vial as a host while cooperating yields bonus effects for all cooperators no matter the proximity [tested]. One effect for cooperators is 25% heal of their total HP (while cooperating) and the other is ~130% boost to stamina regeneration which will last for 20 seconds, this effect is represented by the green aura around the cooperator's character. Summoned purple adversaries won't get any effect (as well as NPC summons) when host uses the vial. Conclusion then is when host uses the Iosefka's Blood Vial, the cooperators will receive effects of the Blood of Arianna. Note: No other special vial (Blood of Adella, Blood of Arianna & Blood of Adeline) has any effect on cooperators. [video] Availability Iosefka Quest: Iosefka's Blood Vial [Unlimited], speak to Iosefka for the first time and receive one, then reload the area after using it and speak to her again to receive another. She'll continue giving you vials until she is replaced by the impostor in the evening. Treasure in (Main Story): Nightmare of Mensis [x1]; inside the chest near elevator to Mergo's Wet Nurse. Iosefka will appear in the clinic after you've visited the Hunter's Dream for the first time. Iosefka will provide you with the vials multiple times if you return without it until you proceed into the Evening by entering Oedon Chapel in Cathedral Ward then Iosefka is replaced by impostor. Radiance Oath rune effect increases the amount of HP your vials heal, this also affects special vials Blood of Adeline, Blood of Adella, Blood of Arianna and Iosefka's Blood Vial.
