Behind where Ebrietas, Daughter of the Cosmos was laying dormant at Altar of Despair you can also find the peculiar remains that are still eminating a great deal of power; if Annalise, Queen of Castle Cainhurst happens to die, you can retrieve her Queenly Flesh and bring it to this altar to resurrect her.

After freeing Martyr Logarius from his fate, you can either honor his wishes by finishing what he started, or swear an oath to the Vilebloods and take up arms against the Healing Church. If you wish to complete Alfred, Hunter of Vilebloods quest, you'll need to guide him to Cainhurst and allow him to kill Queen Annalise. To do so you'll need to meet Alfred at Cathedral Ward Forbidden Woods Route to where he moves after nightfall. Give him the Unopened Summons and he will reward you with the Wheel Hunter Badge and a gesture; next time you load an area he will move to Cainhurst Castle and kill Queen Annalise.

If you wish you can also "kill" the queen yourself by attacking her 50 times (NG), which will allow you to collect her flesh the next time you reload the area. It will take 50 hits no matter the weapon (AR, type, etc.)

Dropped by (Main Story): Annalise, Queen of Castle Cainhurst, reload after you killed her

Upon starting New Game+ all of the Key Items (except for Badges, Blood Gem Workshop Tool, Rune Workshop Tool, Short Ritual Root Chalice, Workshop Haze Extractor and Yharnam Stone) you acquired on your previous playthrough will be stripped away and you'll need to collect them again.
