Abandoned Old Workshop ❘ 捨てられた古工房	Location

Description The original hunter’s workshop, model for the Hunter’s Dream. Overshadowed by the Church Workshop, it is now just the anonymous resting place of an old hunter. The refuge which once inspired the Healing Church to establish its own workshop has been forgotten along with the first hunters. Was it the disrepair to the Church Workshop, or the advent of the Hunter’s Dream? Little remains except a few paltry relics and a familiar doll. - written for the wiki by Lokey This area is optional, not required to progress and end the game. This area is the real-world counterpart to the Hunter's Dream that hunters so frequently visit, so the layout should be immediately familiar. There are a number of items you can get in the grounds outside the workshop - of particular note is the Old Hunter's Bone, which allows you to drastically increase your roll and quickstep speed for a short period of time. Inside you'll find the inactive remains of the Doll, and the Abandoned Old Workshop Lamp. The item on the altar in the workshop is One Third of Umbilical Cord, which is one of the items required to get a different ending to the game. On one of the cabinets near the Lamp you'll also find a Small Hair Ornament, which you can give to the Doll in Hunter's Dream to receive an item that you can turn into a useful Blood Gem. Connections Healing Church Workshop ► Abandoned Old Workshop - (Previous Area) General Notes In order to access area you need to defeat Blood-starved Beast. Door to the elevator will open in Oedon Chapel in Cathedral Ward. It will take you to the Healing Church Workshop. Go right around the tower until you come across the gap, where you drop down. You will find entrance, walk off to the left as slowly as possible to hit the landing spot, once you land jump to the next platform and enter the door. Upon entering Abandoned Old Workshop you will be rewarded with The Source Of The Dream trophy.

Tombstone where is located Old Hunter Bone in the waking world also connects Hunter's Dream to the Hunter's Nightmare There are no Old Hunter Summons in this area. Female voice (bug?), there's a mysterious laughing and muttering voice near the trees. It is the same voice you can hear in Foggy Alley in Cathedral Ward when interacted with lit doors. Path from Healing Church Workshop: The lower part of the tower is primarily made up of a number of small wooden ledges that you can drop onto to reach the bottom safely. Along the way there are a number of items you can get, as well gaining access to the Abandoned Old Workshop. It's impossible to do everything in one trip down, so it's recommended that you go to the workshop first. From there you can use the Lamp to warp back to the Hunter's Dream and return to the start of the area, so that you can proceed further down. To reach the entrance to the workshop you'll need to make two long drops, so make sure you have full health before you try, and enough Blood Vials to heal For the first drop, walk out onto the bridge until you come to the first set of small horizontal planks, and from there turn around, so that you're aiming towards the ropes on the wall beneath the starting ledge. If you run off from that angle you should land on a small platform halfway down the tower. After healing, you can drop down again from there to reach the platform with the door leading to the workshop.
