Basic Information

  • Bloodtinge Items require a minimum level of the bloodtinge stat to be used. Unlike weapons, these items can be equipped in your quick inventory and used via the square button. Additionally, they don't disappear from your inventory after being used like normal items do; instead, they consume Quicksilver Bullets. These items provide a number of extra combat options and are a perk of using an arcane build that relies on elemental weapons. Additionally, having a high bloodtinge stat increases the effects of many Bloodtinge Items.

Arcane & Bloodtinge Tool AR Calculator [Source 1, Source 2]

  • Arcane Tool AR Calculator Spreadsheet by TalentedJuli
  • To use the calculator, enter your Arcane and/or Bloodtinge into B1 and B2 respectively. Cells C3 through C12 will then give you the AR of your Arcane tools. Cells D3 through G12 tell you how much AR you will gain per point spent in Arcane or Bloodtinge. E.G. "Arcane 21 - 50" for Blacksky Eye reads 4.8. That means that increasing your Arcane stat anywhere between 21 and 50 will give you 4.8 extra AR on your Blacksky Eye per point spent.
  • Old Hunters Updated Tool Scaling by Sljm8D
  • Hunter Tools in general have a much more gradual scaling curve than weapons, so while weapons reach 90~95% of their AR potential (base damage + scaling) at 50 ARC, most of the tools are around 60~70% of their potential output.
