Description The Blind Samaritan is a well-meaning Yharnamite doing his best to save his fellow townsfolk from the Scourge. You'll meet him in the Oedon Chapel after crossing through the Central Yharnam sewers, at which point he'll inform you that the chapel is safe from beasts and ask you to share this information with any refugees you meet. There are a total of six NPCs who can be sent to the Oedon Chapel, but only four are required for completing the quest: the Lonely Old Woman, Arianna, Woman of the Night, the Bigoted Old Man and Adella, Nun of the Healing Church. It is also possible to send the Afflicted Beggar and the Young Girl to the chapel; however, sending the beggar will result in the deaths of the other refugees, and the Young Girl will be killed en route. Location Found sitting on the floor in the Oedon Chapel in Cathedral Ward. Progression Cathedral Ward Oedon Chapel [Evening] Talk to him for the first time and you'll be able to inform refugees about the Oedon Chapel. Cathedral Ward Oedon Chapel [Evening / Night] Speak to him after sending Old Woman in the residence outside of Central Yharnam dry dock to Oedon Chapel. Cathedral Ward Oedon Chapel [Night] Speak to him after sending Arianna from her residence on the Cathedral Ward side street to the Oedon Chapel. Cathedral Ward Oedon Chapel [Night] Speak to him after sending bigoted Old Man living across the street from Arianna to the Oedon Chapel. Cathedral Ward Oedon Chapel [Night] Speak to him after infiltrating Yahar'gul, rescuing Adella and sending her to the Oedon Chapel. Cathedral Ward Oedon Chapel [Night] Quest is successfully completed if all four of the above NPCs safely reach the Oedon Chapel before the Blood Moon. Quest is failed if any of the above NPCs die for any reason or do not safely reach the chapel before the Blood Moon. Cathedral Ward Oedon Chapel [Night] Sending the Afflicted Beggar to the Oedon Chapel will result in the successive deaths of any other refugees present, including Dweller. Drops Formless Oedon Rune x1 [100%] Notes He will not drop Blood Dreg when Corruption Oath Caryll rune is equipped. If player murders another NPC in the chapel, Dweller will cover his face in fear and won't talk for a while.
